easy scratch blueberry muffins

breakfast food is my favorite any time of day

right now it's 8:33a and my family is still sleeping
the sun in shining
the breeze is cool
the coffee is brewing
and a family favorite recipe is in the oven

blueberry muffins in a pan (because that's way easier)
this was originally a recipe from my Aunt Becky
but my mom gets the credit for converting it to a pan
and i've a of my own enhancements too

blend together:
3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
cut in 1 stick of butter

set aside 1.5 cups of the mixture

in the large bowl add:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cans (drained) blueberries
blend together
spray a jelly roll pan (or i put parchment in the bottom)
pour in

cut in 2 Tbsp of butter through the set aside mixture
sprinkle across the top of batter

bake at 350
for 20-30 minutes (slightly browning)

--Davis just come running out of his room
to give me his big morning hug--

Make it a GREAT day!
